Join us  Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM leading up to March 24, 2010, for Lenten worship services.  We will be looking at various reasons Jesus came into this world to offer His life for ours in order to grow in our understanding of God's love for us and grow in our devotion to Jesus. 

On March 24th we'll be showing the 30 minute short film Most (Czech for the Bridge).  This film tells the story of a bridge operator and his son.  It is a modern parable demonstrating the incomprehensible love God the Father has toward us.

The Elder BrotherLuke 15:25-32We've all heard about the younger brother in the Parable of the Prodigal Son, the brother who had blown all his wealth and was accepted back into the Father's family with open arms.  Yet we rarely speak of the elder brother, a prideful, obstinate person who was just as alienated from the Father as the younger brother, but for very different reasons.  Listen to this sermon to reflect on the dangers of trusting in our own work, rather than in the grace of our Heavenly Father.
