Kids’ Church

Children Are Welcome Here!

  • We value the celebration of Word (Bible teaching) and Sacrament (communion, baptism) in our worship together.
  • We recognize how important it is for our children to get to know and be supported in their faith by people of all generations.
  • We want St. Andrews to be a welcoming place both for people who have grown up in the faith and for those just beginning their faith journey.

What Is Kids’ Church?

Children ages 3-years through 5th grade are invited to join friends and adult volunteers in singing, crafts, and Bible teaching geared toward their ages. (We do not have a staffed nursery at this time, but we do have a mothers’ room attached to the sanctuary.)

When and Where Is It?

Kids’ Church is during the first half of our contemporary worship service on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Sundays of the month. On 4th or 5th Sundays, children are welcome to stay with their families for the entire 10:45am worship service.

Parents meet volunteers at the double doors of our fellowship hall (across from the sanctuary) at 10:35am and sign in their children. After class time, the adult leaders later bring the children into the sanctuary to join their families for prayer, song, and Holy Communion as we finish the worship service all together.

Who Are the Volunteers?

Children’s safety is very important to us, so all volunteers are required to have a clean background check. Adults and youth of our church work together in holding the classes, and they’re coordinated by our member Jamie Eisenbeisz. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer once a month, please contact Jamie.
